Purpose of the organisation

This is what we are committed to:

• For correct implementation of the requirements and specifications for reprocessing in the healthcare sector.

• For more transparency and clear guidelines from the authorities for reprocessing in the healthcare sector. The association supports the therapeutic products authorities and the cantonal inspection bodies in correctly interpreting the requirements for the individual process stages in order to fulfil the inspection mandate properly.

• For an adequate and standardised level in the reprocessing of medical devices throughout Switzerland.

• With a standardised language and philosophy for maximum reliability and even greater safety in the healthcare sector.

• For more knowledge exchange among members with a common platform, information meetings and the publication of information sheets.
